I specialize in pre-construction advice, shell erection assistance, entry way, door window dormer, internal wall and second floor framing, cupola construction and post-shell erection consulting for owners or contractors of thin shelled, reinforced concrete, EPS insulated, geodesic dome home kits.

My service is intended to help dome kit owners to avoid mistakes I already made during construction of my domes. I will consult over building plans and procedures at your building site with your contractors to save kit owners time and money.

Areas of consultation include, but are not limited to:

• Building Permit Application Advise
• Subcontractor selection
• Slab on grade layout
• Foundation forming
• Temporary rib system erection
• Window and Door selection
• Sheet rock cutting abutting dome shell
• Leak prevention of dome shell
• Electrical wire installation in EPS
• Sealing/painting dome exterior
• Inspection/written opinion and construction report for pre-owned concrete domes
• On-site consultations for plans and procedures with your general contractor
• I will direct construction crews on-site for portions of, or for the entire dome shell erection

My office is located at 413 Holiday Park Blvd, NE Palm Bay, FL 32907.

Rates for on-site consulting are $320 per day work or travel (for up to two calendar days), $290 per day work or travel (for three calendar days or longer). Mileage reimbursement is $.48 per mile from my office to Orlando, FL Airport or consulting site.

A roundtrip airline ticket is to be purchased or reimbursed and transportation at destination provided, if needed. Parking fee at departing airport and applicable road toll is to be reimbursed.

I will charge for simple accommodation if overnight stay is necessary. Consulting rates will be higher in metropolitan areas. Ask for a detailed cost estimate.

I will meet with you and your contractor, give advice and share my dome building experience with you. Contracting experienced consultation services will save you time and money when building or repairing an unconventional structure.
